Terms and conditions for using our website www.temperosqb.pt and for purchasing products through our online store.
The contract between José Luis Jesuíno Ferreira, headquartered at Rua General Trindade 534, 2485-133 Mira de Aire and tax identification number PT140715320, hereinafter referred to as “Temperos QB” and users who wish to access and make purchases on the aforementioned website, is accepted at the time of purchase.
These terms and conditions, together with any notices or conditions in other areas of this website, will govern the use of this website by customers. Please note that Temperos QB may make changes or remove parts of this website at any time and without any liability to customers for such changes. Temperos QB reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specific notice to users and continued use of the website or placing orders after such changes will be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance of them.
When you place an order through our website, you guarantee that by placing the order:
- You are not a minor or legally incapable of entering into a binding contract;
- The personal data you provided during registration is complete and accurate;
- You are not using a false name or the name of another person or entity that you are not authorized to use;
- That you will not make fraudulent use of our website, contrary to the law or good customs;
- You accept that Portuguese legislation will regulate any conflict with the consumer, without prejudice to any legal provision to the contrary, Community directive or international treaty.
All prices indicated on our website are quoted in euros (EUR/€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate at the legal rate in force on the date of purchase. Please note that Temperos QB reserves the right to change the sale prices of products at any time without prior notice. Please note that whenever there is an increase in the price of the product, the customer will be contacted immediately and may choose to continue or cancel their order.
When you place an order, you are accepting the terms and conditions of this contract, and it is important that you read them before proceeding and placing the order.
Online store purchase procedure
When starting the purchasing process, the user must register on the website www.temperosqb.pt, providing their personal information - name, surname, email and password.
You will receive an email (check your spam box) where you will activate your account and access your customer account, where you can start your online purchasing process.
If you have already registered, you must log in using your email and password.
The user places their order by completing the purchase process, adding the product(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart.
During the finalization process, you must complete the requested information and choose the delivery option, shipping address, payment method, billing address and tax identification number (NIF) for issuing your billing document.
At the end, the user must click on Analyze your order, the order summary will be displayed, if you want to make any changes you can do so, otherwise, click on finish and you will receive all the information regarding your order in your email, such as payment details.
Please note that, only after confirmation of said payment, Temperos QB will begin preparing your order.
Order confirmation
When the user places an order, he/she receives confirmation of the order at the email address provided, with information about the contents of the order, prices and payment and delivery details.
Payment Methods
Our website offers the following payment methods:
- Multibanco Reference;
- MBWAY;
- Bank Transfer;
- Credit card.
Shipping and Delivery Costs
During the order completion process, several shipping options are presented:
- TO SEND
Shipping by Carrier
Our shipments will be made by the defined carrier and the shipping cost will be defined taking into account the "Weight in Cart" criterion. The values shown apply to orders shipped to mainland Portugal and up to a maximum weight of 30 kg.
1. For orders outside mainland Portugal:
- Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira): Value on budget;
- International: Value on budget.
2.For orders exceeding 30kg:
- The order is pending validation by Temperos QB, as the value is subject to budgeting, you should contact us to inform the shipping cost via email: pimentasqb@gmail.com or telephone contact 936717035.
Delivery made by Temperos QB
If the address is in the municipality of Cascais, the user can choose this option, which will only be valid for orders with a minimum value of €30.00, regardless of their weight.
- COLLECT
If you choose this option, you can collect your order in person at our address free of charge, and you will be notified by message of the collection date/time.
Delivery Options and Deadlines
Our website offers the following delivery options mentioned:
- Collection at a delivery point;
- Shipping by carrier.
Deliveries made by the carrier are made during business hours from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. In order to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the order. Delivery is deemed to have been made upon signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address. Temperos QB assumes no responsibility for damage during transport or for damage caused by delays beyond its control.
The delivery period begins at the time of confirmation of payment for the order, with delivery expected to take between 2 and 5 working days. Please note that during the Christmas period, festive seasons and/or holidays, these deadlines may not be guaranteed.
If there is a stock shortage of any product(s) in the order, the customer will be contacted and notified of the expected delivery date of the same.
Cancellation and return of the order by the user
If the user wishes to cancel the order, he/she must contact Temperos QB, via email: pimentasqb@gmail.com or via the contact form, requesting the cancellation of the order so that it is not shipped. If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be cancelled and the refund will be made within 5 working days.
The cancellation decision will be made by email, if accepted, the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the user.
If the order has already been shipped, the user must refuse delivery and bear the costs of returning it. Please note that if the items ordered have characteristics that compromise their quality, returns will not be accepted.
Order cancellation by Temperos QB
After confirming the order, the user has a period of 5 working days to make the payment. If the period is exceeded, Temperos QB reserves the right not to accept the order or to cancel it in whole or in part, even after the user has received automatic confirmation of the order.
Orders may also be cancelled if billing information is incomplete.
Free termination of the contract
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can terminate the contract within 14 days from receipt of the order, via email: pimentasqb@gmail.com or via the contact form, and you will be refunded all amounts paid (cost of product(s) and delivery), with the return costs being borne by the user.
The return of product(s) does not cover:
- Customized product(s);
- Product(s) that cannot be returned because they are likely to deteriorate and quickly expire;
- Product whose packaging is no longer properly sealed or is damaged, for hygiene and food safety reasons.
Returns Policy
After receiving the request for free termination of the contract, Temperos QB confirms the termination to the user and sends an email with all the information to proceed with the return. The item(s) to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, complete and properly packaged in the original packaging, if applicable.
The return must take place within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order, to the following address: Rua Diogo Cão nº 39 - 2º esq; 2765-474 Estoril.
All item(s) will be checked upon receipt and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days, counting from the date on which Temperos QB was informed of the decision to terminate the contract. To this end, the user must inform and send by email the IBAN of his/her bank account so that the refund of the amount can be returned.
Damage in transit and defective products
Upon delivery, check the packaging conditions, quantity and condition of the merchandise. If you detect any anomaly, please contact us. The same process applies if the product is found to be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product. Shipping costs are at your expense.
The product(s) that are indicated on our website as “near the end of the expiration date” and the packaging is indicated as “damaged”, both within the hygiene and safety conditions to be sold, are not subject to exchange.
We also remind you that, for personalized product(s), where the personalization had been previously accepted and defined by the customer, they are also not subject to exchange.
Responsibility
If the user finds hyperlinks (“links”) on other websites that direct to the website pimentasqb.pt or there are references to our online store Temperos QB, we inform you that we have no responsibility for these links or websites, nor for the content contained therein.
Temperos QB is only liable for damages suffered by the user if they result from breaches attributable to our company's contractual obligations towards the customer or if the liability results from applicable legislation. If the user has suffered damages related to the activity of the website pimentasqb.pt, Temperos QB's liability includes damages to the products, reasonable and verifiable costs incurred by the user due to Temperos QB's breach of these Terms and Conditions.
